Washington State's Only Science and Environmental Education Conference!



SCHEDULE: FRIDAY, OCTOBER 24

8:00 am- 4:00 pm Day Events We are currently planning events during the day of 10/24.
4:00 - 6:00 pm Friday Speaker Engage with a local speaker! 
6:30 - 8:00 pm Social Celebrate our state awardees and mingle to kick off the conference. Open to all registrants. 

SCHEDULE: SATURDAY, OCTOBER 25

All Saturday Events at UW Tacoma

Exact times are subject to change until one month before the conference. 
7:30 am  Check-In Opens  Please check in to the conference by 8:20 am.
8:10 am - 8:20 am  Welcome Notes
8:30 am - 9:20 am  Keynote Speaker  
9:20 am - 9:40 am Break  
9:50 am - 10:40 am  Session 1  
10:40 am - 11:10 am  Break  Mingle in the exhibit hall with donuts and coffee.
11:10 am - 12:00 pm  Session 3  
12:00 pm - 12:40 pm  Lunch  Enjoy a provided lunch and participate in our yearly WSTA meeting.
12:40 pm - 1:20 pmWSTA Meeting & Awards  Hazen Audel will speak on adventure and learning, and awards conferred.
1:40 pm - 2:30 pm  Session 4  
2:30 pm - 3:00 pm  Break  Final time to enter for prizes, chat with the exhibitors. 
3:00 pm - 3:50 pm  Session 5  
4:00 pm - 4:30 pm  Prize Drawings  Stick around to see if you've won a prize! Must be present to win.

6:30 am - 7:45 am  Booth Set-Up
12:00 pm - 12:45 pm  Lunch  Lunch Brought to Your Booth
5:00 pm - 6:30 pm  Tear-Down Tear Your Booth Down and Be Out by 6:30!
