POGIL is offered as a special session requiring prior sign up and registration. Conference Registrants who would like to do POGIL need to register for POGIL and pay the additional registration fee.
Immerse yourself in collaborative learning to experience POGIL from a student’s perspective. You will experience group roles, analyze the design of guided inquiry activities, and explore the connections between POGIL strategies and NGSS Science and Engineering Practices. These strategies support students including English language learners, students with learning disabilities, students with autism spectrum disorder, and students in gifted/talented programs.
